1998-2000

Founded in 1998 DigitalMall.com soon established itself as a technology partner of choice for retailers who wanted to create a new channel to market and sell through e-commerce. Enabling small to medium brands and some larger retail entities in establishing an e-commerce presence without the complexity and overheads of building their own commerce platform, DigitalMall.com would soon go on to create an eCommerce presence for some of South Africa's most popular and much loved, local brands.

2000-2001

Following a 51% acquisition by iTouch and a listing on the FTSE, DSG is announced as 2001 Finalist in the Age of Innovation in the Best of Use of Technology Contact Centre Category and then later awarded in the 2002 Age of Innovation Ceremony.

2004-2009

In the five short years between 2004 and 2009 DSG goes on to secure several industry best practice awards including;
