Named Best Independent Outsourced Contact Centre at the inaugural BPeSA National Industry Awards this past weekend, DSG is thrilled to have been recognised as South Africa’s top performer for Best Independent Outsourced Contact Centre (less than 150 seats). Acknowledged at a national level, the annual BPO awards provide the ideal platform for DSG to showcase successful execution of Customer and Digital Experience strategies that improve retention whilst leveraging digital enablement.

Hosted at the Grand West in Cape Town on the 28th of November 2015, the BPeSA National Industry Awards recognises outstanding performance and Contact Centre excellence during 2015. A culmination of three regional award ceremonies in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal (including Eastern Cape) and the Western Cape, the annual Contact Centre and BPO (BPeSA) awards saw the best companies and individuals in the industry compete to be named South Africa’s top performer.
