DSG Selected as Finalists in Two Categories for the 2016 CCMG Awards

On-Demand Customer Experience Leader DSG, has been selected as finalists in this year’s Contact Centre Management Group awards
in both Best Contact Centre and Best Outsourced Partnership categories.

The annual awards likened to the Oscars of the Contact Centre Industry, affords Organisations such as DSG to be recognised as Service
Leaders. The awards focus on rewarding professionals and organisations that exceed industry standards and best practice.
