DSG wins gold at the 2021 Contact Centre World Awards

Digital Solutions Group (DSG) has ranked as the top performer and gold award winner for the Best Outsourcing Partnership Europe, Middle East, and Africa in the 2021 Contact Centre World Awards.

Now in its 16th year, the ContactCenterWorld.com Global Association has around 205 000 members spanning across 200 countries. “With over 80 nations competing in this year’s awards, we are extremely proud to have been awarded as Gold Medalists. Ranked as the top performer in the EMEA event, South Africa has again demonstrated its leading value proposition. This, awards illustrates that DSG remains competitively placed against global players,” says Brandon Meszaros, CEO of CXG, a DSG business.

In the build-up to the 2021 ContactCenterWorld.com EMEA ceremony, DSG was also invited to take part in a pre-awards event during the 16th Annual ContactCenterWorld.com Next Generation Best Practices Conference and Expo 2021. Attended by leading industry players, audiences from around the globe tuned in to learn from, connect with and share insights from some of the industries most accomplished minds.
